Drug Testing

Granite Screening LLC provides quality and efficient drug screening services. All drug tests are ordered by the client through our easy to use web portal, at which point the drug test is scheduled for collection at one of our more than 7800 Patient Service Centers nationwide.  The donor reports to the PSC and provides the urine sample.  The sample is immediately tested onsite using an FDA-cleared instant digital drug-screening device.   This exciting new approach maintains the quality and precision of a  laboratory-analyzed specimen while providing near instant result reporting.   This allows for most negative results to be reported within 1 hour of  the time that the sample is collected.   Results are reported to the client through the web portal.  When further action is needed, all legal disclosures are easily accessed and printable through the portal, enabling the client to notify applicants in a timely and efficient manner.

Urine drug screen performed at Patient Service Center.  Results are reported to client same day for samples collected before noon, next day for samples collected after noon. This screen can be a 5-9 panel, which includes Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, PCP and THC (5 panel) or Amphetimines, Cocaine, Barbituates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, Opiates, PCP, PPX and THC (9 panel).   Not permitted in States where instant testing is banned.

Hair drug screen performed at Patient Service Center.  Samples are sent to a lab for testing. Results are reported to client within 3-5 days. This screen can be a 5-9 panel, which includes Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, PCP and THC (5 panel) or Amphetimines, Cocaine, Barbituates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, Opiates, PCP, PPX and THC (9 panel).

A medical review is legally required for all samples testing positive.  The Medical Review Officer (MRO) will contact the donor directly and review all documentation (prescription or other information) provided to determine positive status.
