Our basic package includes two searches necessary as an investigative starting point to decide whether additional screening is needed.  Both searches are instant and if no actionable items are found, the report is returned to you immediately. 

Person Search:  Provides instant, up-to-date information on an applicant's full name and/or alternate names used by an applicant, previous addresses and dates at listed addresses, age/date of birth and other available information based on the Social Security  Number.  The search uses SSA rules to provide the date range of issuance and validity of the SSN, as well as providing notifications if the SSN is on  the death index.

National Criminal Background Search:  A nationwide, instant search of a criminal record database.  Learn about prison and probation sentences, offense history and more.  Our National Criminal search includes more than 250 national and international data repositories which include:  Comprehensive Nationwide Criminal History; County Courts Data;  Global Homeland Security Database;  National Sex Offender Database; Information from State Agencies; Proprietary Offender Databases;  Department of Corrections; Administrative Office of the Court;  Department of Public Safety and Traffic Courts.             

This search is used when actionable items are found on  the National Criminal Background Search and confirms the full details of  criminal records or items prosecuted within that county.  This search is obtained directly from the local courthouse or jurisdiction.  Turnaround time varies by jurisdiction;  our overall average turnaround time is below 48 hours.  Any court access fees will be passed through directly.             

Credit reports are available instantly upon order initiation.  Report includes full financial disclosures of current debts and other obligations.

Full driving history dating back at least seven years in most states.  Includes any incidents, tickets and citations.  Turnaround time varies by state.  Most states report instantly, while others may take a day or two.  Can be used for most classes of licenses, including Commercial (CDL) licenses.  Any state fee will be passed through directly.               

Verification of attendance or degree received at more than 10,000 universities, colleges and technical institutions.  Includes dates of  attendance or graduation as well as major, degree received and in most cases, GPA.  This report usually has a 1-2 day completion time, although some participating institutions may be instant.

Contact and confirm with previous employers to verify  information provided by the applicant including dates of employment, position or title, salary and details of employee  performance.  The completion time of this report often depends on the  cooperation of the previous employers, but in most cases can be completed within 1-2 business days.
